Classic Massage
My style is a flowing, intuitive blend of bodywork techniques including, Swedish, myofascial release, Thai Massage, hot stones, cupping, craniosacral and energy healing. All sessions offer aromatherapy and include some basic work with heated stones. You are invited to experience a unique style of nurturing therapeutic massage.

Hot Stone Massage
Head-to-toe relaxation massage using heated, ocean-smoothed stones to soften and penetrate into the muscle tissue. Amazing for reducing anxiety and calming the nervous system. Special placement of stones provides a sense of balance and grounding. I utilize the stones as an extension of my hands, taking advantage of the firm edges and moist heat to ease tense, painful muscle knots. So Yummy! Try it once, you will get hooked.
Energy Healing/Reiki
Energy work lights the inner consciousness that is present and alive in each of us. It is a holistic relaxation therapy that helps connect you with your inner wisdom and deep intuition. It gives the body an opportunity to release what is no longer serving you and except fresh energy to recharge your system. I use gentle touch, breath work, and "listening" with my hands to guide the focus of energy around the body. Working together, we connect to your internal guidance and vibrational frequency to transform, transmute, and invite healing.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a whole body healing system that focuses on the root cause of conditions rather than merely on the symptoms. Deeply relaxing, like a resting meditation. Feel nurtured and supported as if you're being cradled in your mothers arms. The beauty of this work is how it quietly fosters emotional processing and mind/body connection, while bypassing the thinking brain. These treatments can be transformational for those suffering with migraines, chronic pain, anxiety, and illness that isn't resolved with mainstream medicine. Thai Massage
Thai massage is a dynamic and fluid bodywork therapy. I guide the client through a series of assisted yoga postures while applying pressure to specific points along the bodies energy lines. Thai massage is performed on a massage table and floor mat. The client remains fully clothed. Each session incorporates, stretching, deep compression, and energy work to relieve stress and revitalize body and mind.
*Please wear stretchy exercise pants, no jeans, shorts or skirts. A t-shirt or tank top works for your upper body.
Massage Cupping
Instead of the downward compression of muscles that you would receive in a massage, cupping is literally the exact opposite. I apply silicone cups on the skin using suction to pull the tissue up away from the body. Cups may be left in one spot for a few minutes or moved in long flowing strokes to address areas of tension. This is an incredibly effective method for loosening tension in the muscles that run along the spine and between the shoulder blades.

*Cupping can be added to any of the above massage treatments. There is no additional fee for this service. We will discuss what areas of the body could benefit, and blend the cupping into your massage session. In the online booking look for Massage with Cupping and choose desired session length.
Cancellation Policy

I request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice. Please cancel by phone or text 651.262.6723. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee.
No shows will be charged 100% fee.
Late Arrivals

I regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees.
